Boost Brain Performance with 7 Natural Nootropics

Looking to boost your brain power naturally? Want to improve memory, focus, and mental clarity without relying on synthetic substances? Natural nootropics might be just what you need. Derived from plants and herbs, these cognitive enhancers have gained popularity for their potential benefits in enhancing brain function.

But what exactly are natural nootropics? These are substances that contain natural ingredients known for their cognitive-boosting properties. From ancient traditional medicine practices to modern-day supplements, natural nootropics have been used for centuries to support mental performance. With the rising demand for ways to enhance cognitive abilities, the use of natural nootropics is on the rise.

Discover how these natural wonders can help unlock your brain’s full potential and take your cognitive performance to new heights.

Making Informed Decisions

Understanding the potential risks associated with natural nootropics is crucial for making informed decisions about their use. While these supplements offer potential cognitive benefits, it’s essential to weigh the potential risks against the expected benefits.

Here are a few key considerations to keep in mind:

Research: Take the time to educate yourself about specific natural nootropics you are interested in trying. Look for reliable sources of information and scientific studies that support their efficacy and safety.

Start Slowly: Begin with a low dosage when introducing a new natural nootropic into your routine. This approach allows you to assess your body’s response and monitor for any adverse effects.

Quality Control: Choose reputable brands that prioritize quality control measures, such as third-party testing or certifications. This step helps ensure that you are consuming a safe and reliable product.

Personalization: Recognize that everyone’s body chemistry is unique, so what works for one person may not work for another. It may take some trial and error to find the right natural nootropic supplement that suits your needs without causing unwanted side effects.

By taking these precautions and being mindful of potential risks, you can make more informed decisions regarding the use of natural nootropics.

Top 5 CBD Gummies for Pain Relief in 2023

Picture this: you’re dealing with chronic pain, and you’re tired of relying on over-the-counter drugs that come with a laundry list of side effects. You’re looking for a natural solution that actually works. Well, look no further because CBD gummies might just be the answer you’ve been searching for.

CBD gummies are not only a delicious treat but also an increasingly popular choice for managing pain. These tasty edibles contain full-spectrum CBD, which means they harness the power of various cannabinoids found in the hemp plant without any psychoactive effects from THC. With their ease of use and effectiveness, it’s no wonder why so many people turn to CBD gummies for relief.

Say goodbye to popping pills and hello to a more natural approach to wellness.

CBD Gummies vs. Other Pain Relief Methods

There are various options available in the market. From traditional medications to topical creams and oils, people have tried countless methods to alleviate their discomfort. However, one alternative that has gained popularity in recent years is CBD gummies. Let’s take a closer look at how CBD gummies compare to other pain relief methods.

Compared to traditional pain relief methods, CBD gummies offer a more natural alternative.

Traditional pain relief methods often involve the use of opioids or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). While these medications can be effective in managing pain, they come with a range of side effects and potential risks. On the other hand, CBD gummies provide a more natural approach to pain relief.

Pros:

CBD gummies are derived from hemp plants and contain cannabidiol (CBD), which is known for its potential therapeutic properties.

These gummies offer an organic option for those seeking a natural alternative to manage their pain.

Unlike opioids or NSAIDs, CBD gummies have minimal side effects and are non-addictive.

Cons:

The effectiveness of CBD gummies may vary from person to person.

Some individuals may experience mild side effects such as dry mouth or drowsiness.

Unlike opioids or NSAIDs, CBD gummies have minimal side effects and are non-addictive.

One of the biggest concerns with traditional pain medications is their potential for addiction and abuse. Opioids, in particular, can be highly addictive and may lead to dependence if not used properly. In contrast, CBD gummies do not carry the same risk of addiction.

Pros:

CBD is not psychoactive like THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), so it does not produce a “high” sensation.

There is no risk of developing a dependency on CBD gummies.

Cons:

It is important to choose high-quality CBD gummies from reputable manufacturers to ensure safety and efficacy.

CBD may interact with certain medications, so it’s crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before incorporating them into your pain management routine.

CBD gummies can be taken discreetly and do not require a prescription like some medications.

Another advantage of CBD gummies is their convenience and accessibility. Unlike certain medications that require a prescription, CBD gummies are available over-the-counter and can be purchased without any hassle. They can be consumed discreetly without drawing attention.

Pros:

CBD gummies are easy to consume, making them suitable for individuals who have difficulty swallowing pills or capsules.

They offer a convenient option for on-the-go pain relief.

Cons:

The dosage of CBD gummies may vary depending on the brand, so it’s essential to follow the recommended guidelines provided by the manufacturer.

Some individuals may find it challenging to determine the appropriate dosage for their specific needs.

When compared to topical creams or oils, CBD gummies provide a longer-lasting effect.

Topical creams and oils are commonly used for localized pain relief. While they can provide immediate relief in specific areas, their effects tend to wear off relatively quickly. On the other hand, CBD gummies offer a more sustained effect due to their ingestion method.

Pros:

The active ingredients in CBD gummies are absorbed through the digestive system and metabolized by the liver, resulting in a longer-lasting effect.

This makes them ideal for individuals who need continuous pain relief throughout the day.

Cons:

The onset of action for CBD gummies may take longer compared to topical products since they need time to be digested and absorbed into the bloodstream.

Some people may prefer the targeted application of topical creams or oils for immediate relief in specific areas.

If you happen to know the release date, or the label they’re gonna be released on, don’t hesitate to leave a comment. Thank you.

liam K – Empatia

Filed under: Mixed Sets — liam @ 12:29 am

As you see, I’ve made a new alias for myself. I’ve used it for a while now, for the last 2 months, and for the time being this will be my main alias, along with kosh for progressive material.

Anyway, here goes a new set, FINALLY! This is perhaps the most relaxing trance set I’ve ever made. I do not recall one to be so chilled as this one which at the same time is very well paced. I just love it.

Liam – Again

Filed under: Mixed Sets — liam @ 1:18 am

Here goes another set I recently made.

After finishing my previous set, “Too Late”, I was somewhat unhappy with it, as I was really trying to make a trance set, not a progressive house one as it turned out to be. Due to lack of good tracks (*cough* or simply lack of creativity *cough*) I couldn’t put it together.

This was the set I was originally gonna release as “Too Late”, but after a very exhausting 10 second mind debate (yes, 10 seconds can be exhausting when you’re in my mind), I realized the whole mellow idea was better to leave it for a progressive set, and therefore make a more entertained and aggressive set later.

So anyway, here goes “Again”, hopefully you guys will like it as much as I do.

kosh – too late

Filed under: Mixed Sets — liam @ 3:16 pm

For the last 2 months I’ve had a complete mental lock at mixing, I’ve been totally unable to make a set that actually leaves me happy. Perhaps it’s just the lack of good tracks lately, but I just seem unable to get something trancy going.

But! I could assemble a progressive house set instead. With that in mind, I’m using my “kosh” alias to release this mix. It’s still somewhat raw, as I didn’t really spent much time with details, but I think I achieved my goal, RELEASE A WORTHY SET!

Enjoy.

Tracklists on the way

Filed under: General — liam @ 12:26 pm

Time to add the tracklists of each set. In the next few days I’ll complete the rest of the site by adding the tracklists to each one of the sets, accompanied with descriptions, among other things.

Just as an update, I’m currently working on a set, but I’ve ran out of “good” music, and I hate recycling my own work, so I’ll just keep digging on my sources’ list ’til I find enough tracks. Stay tuned!

Oh btw, Merry Christmas! haha.

Where am I and what has happened since DI.fm and Broken Toy

Filed under: General — liam @ 12:41 am

I’m not sure if it’s correct but, perhaps I owe a small explanation of what happened with me after I dissapeared a long time ago. So after creating this website I thought It’d be a good time to explain, for those that keep asking me every now and then. Specifically for those on this post on DI.fm.

NOTE: For those of you incapable to sustain an attention span long enough to read all of this, goto the bottom of this post.  Otherwise, if you like long explanations, keep reading.

So, What happened? I do not know exactly what made me stop to be honest, I attribute it to a lot of events that got in the way when I was mixing 4 years ago. Among those things that got me incredibly derailed of all my priorities, was that I was coming out of college (too much mental pressure), and right after that I got myself into a relationship that had a really bad ending. In an attempt to recover and distract myself away from that, I started mixing … a lot.

In the upcoming months I ended with several sets (that weren’t necessarily my best) and put together the first version of this website. For a while I was constantly updating and providing new material for the site, but then work came along. I got involved in some projects that required my attention, and from there I started to get busier and busier with work, to a point where I was completely stressed out most of the day.

When I find myself in such situations I’ve always turned to music to be my escape from things, but at the time those things were getting so overwhelming that I couldn’t even find comfort on music anymore, everything was feeling like an obligation. After several months of not knowing what to do, something else caught my attention, MMORPGS. As funny (or stupid) as that may sound, I found an even bigger escape in them from all the mess I created. I started playing EVE Online and eventually moved onto World of Warcraft. Yes I played WoW (and still do occasionally), and let myself get sucked into it, making it a big part of my life.

For several months I found refugee in those games, it was a growing addiction that kept me entertained, relaxed and distracted away from the storm that my daily life became to, but as refreshing that it was, I started to realize I was getting away from things I liked, and among them, my mixing.

Eventually I found a way to control that addiction, and slowly tried to get my life back in order. Accompanied with another relationship that had a really strong emotional outcome on me, it made it clear to me I should get away from them, and quick. My first option was my music, and so I returned to mixing.

What happened to Broken Toy? Why change names? When I went back to mixing I started to think if there could be a better alias, mainly cause there were these other artists that went by that name, a couple of Israeli DJs (if I’m not mistaken) that played Goa/Psy Trance. They would often run onto my sets on DI.fm and comment like it was their work. I didn’t mind that initially, but eventually made me feel awkward to not have a true identity. So for that, I tried to make a name of my own. In the process I came out with 2 or 3 initial options, but none really convinced me. After a few subsequent failed ideas, I simply decided to go with Borked Toy (notice its Borked instead of Broken) until I could think of a better one.

Eventually, that “better one” never came and I was in need of an alias once more, so after so much mind debate, I ended up picking simply Liam. It’s not too distinctive, I agree, but I’m historically terrible with names, so for now that’s my alias, and it has grown on me.

Where am I now? In the last few years I’ve changed my residency about 5 times in 3 different cities. I was living in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas and moved to Mexico City for work reasons. After nearly 1 year and a half, I went back to Chiapas where I stayed for nearly 8 months. In that time back home, and out of nowhere I found a job opportunity in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, which I immediately took and moved out to where I reside currently.

Why was the old website taken down? Before I decided to put the website offline, I found myself having trouble to keep it updated, mainly cause of work, but taking the website down wasn’t really what I was trying to do. At that moment I thought I’d put a list with the links to all the sets I had available, thinking it’d be easier to maintain until I had time to set it up correctly.

In the process of making such list, I accidentally removed some of my sets from the server. After uploading the sets back, I found out I didn’t simply delete some of my sets but that I also deleted most of the website interface, and I had no backups at all to bring it back.

So, after seeing the whole mess I created I simply gave up and put it offline altogether. A big mistake perhaps, but I had so little willpower left in me that I just couldn’t sit down to fix it.

After a few months I tried to bring it back several times, but I never really found time to do it, until now.

Are all the sets still available to download? Most are. Others got lost in my personal files, but I’ve managed to recover almost all the released sets. Currently I’m only missing a few, while also recovering some of the original remixes/reworks I made back in the day.

Short Explanation:
So what happened? Life happened, women happened, work happened. Yep, that’s the short version, and yes I’m back.

Trancefussion is back!

Filed under: General — liam @ 11:39 am

Well, I finally got myself to bring this thing back online, yay! In the form of a blog, mind you. Still, it is a lot better than my previous attempts to make a proper webpage. I’ve always been a terrible designer.

In the upcoming days I gonna be posting every single set I’ve created, along with any other productions I’ve made over the last 5 years or so.

So, sit tight, I’ll get this done soon … eventually … I hope.
